The service

Mailperch provides a control plane, WHM connector, and webmail interface for eligible email domains on servers you are authorized to administer.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to connect each server and publish each domain, protect administrator access, maintain the underlying cPanel mail service, and use Mailperch in accordance with applicable law.

Trial and assisted launch

The 14-day trial starts when the first WHM server connects and does not require a credit card. During the initial launch, activation, billing, tier changes, and renewals may be handled with assistance from Mailperch.

Plans

Plans are priced per connected server according to active Mailperch domains and include unlimited email accounts within those domains. Each additional server is priced separately. Annual plans are billed at the published annual total. Mailbox storage and server-level limits remain subject to the underlying WHM/cPanel configuration.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, interfere with other systems, evade abuse controls, or violate the rights of others.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve during its initial launch. We may change features or these terms and will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects active customers.
