What counts as an active domain?
A domain counts when its Mailperch webmail publication is active on the connected server. Domains discovered in WHM but not published do not count.
Is there a limit on email accounts?
No. Every plan includes unlimited existing cPanel email accounts within its active domains. Mailbox storage and server-level limits remain governed by your WHM/cPanel configuration.
How are additional servers billed?
Each WHM server has its own plan based on the number of Mailperch domains active on that server.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. The assisted launch process will adjust the server tier when its active-domain count changes.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. The 14-day evaluation begins only after your first WHM server connects.
What if a server has more than 200 active domains?
