Does Mailperch move or copy our email?

No. Messages stay in the mailboxes on your existing WHM/cPanel server. Mailperch connects to the current IMAP and SMTP services when a user opens or sends mail.

Will users need another password?

No. End users sign in with the email address and password they already use for their cPanel mailbox.

Does it replace Roundcube?

It does not have to. Mailperch is designed to work alongside Roundcube, leaving the original mailbox service and data in place.

How is each server priced?

Every connected WHM server is priced independently by its number of active Mailperch domains, starting at $29 per month for up to 10 domains.

How many email accounts are included?

Unlimited. Every plan supports all existing cPanel email accounts within its active domains. Mailbox storage and server-level limits continue to follow your WHM/cPanel configuration.

When does the trial begin?

Your 14-day trial starts when your first server connects, so account setup does not consume evaluation time.
