What this policy covers

This policy explains how Mailperch handles information when you visit our website, create an account, connect a WHM server, or use the Mailperch control plane and webmail.

Information we collect

We process account details such as name and email address, operational server and domain metadata, security and audit events, and limited marketing attribution data such as campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers.

Mailbox data

Mailperch is designed not to persist mailbox passwords, message bodies, or attachments in its control-plane database. Short-lived sessions and encrypted commands allow the requested mailbox operation to be completed through the connected server.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, support server connections, communicate about accounts, understand product demand, improve the experience, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising storage remains disabled until you consent. If accepted, we use measurement tools configured through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and completed account registrations. We do not send account names or email addresses to those tools.

Retention and sharing

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, support, measurement, or legal obligations. We may use service providers that process information on our behalf and are required to protect it.

Your choices

You can reject optional cookies, change the choice by clearing the Mailperch consent cookie, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
